By purchasing or requesting a sponsored advertisement on Specialist Doctor Khulna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described in this policy.

1. About Our Advertising Service

Specialist Doctor Khulna provides promotional opportunities to healthcare professionals who want to increase the online visibility of their profiles and make it easier for patients to discover their services.

Sponsored advertisements may be displayed in selected specialty/category pages and other eligible areas of the website.

2. Sponsored Advertisement Positions

For eligible specialty categories, we may offer up to five sponsored positions.

Prices shown above are subject to change for future bookings.

A sponsored position is normally valid for one year from the date of confirmation, unless a different term is agreed upon in writing.

3. Advertisement Availability

Sponsored advertising positions are limited and are offered on an availability and first-confirmed, first-served basis.

A position is considered reserved only after the required booking and payment conditions have been completed and confirmed by the website administration.

Availability may differ between specialties and may depend on existing advertisements.

4. Sponsored / Featured Label

To maintain transparency with website visitors, sponsored profiles may be identified with a “FTR” (Featured) label or another clearly recognizable sponsored/featured indicator.

The purpose of this label is to distinguish promotional placements from ordinary or non-sponsored listings.

5. Advertisement Placement

Advertisers may receive priority placement within the selected specialty/category according to the purchased advertisement position.

Placement refers to the designated advertising position available within our platform and does not constitute a guarantee of a particular Google search ranking.

Search engine rankings are controlled by external search engines and may change independently of Specialist Doctor Khulna.

6. Advertisement Content Requirements

All information submitted for an advertisement must be:

• Accurate and up to date;
• Professional and relevant to the advertised healthcare service;
• Legally permissible;
• Consistent with applicable medical and advertising regulations in Bangladesh;
• Free from misleading, deceptive, or unsupported claims.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is correct.

7. Medical and Professional Claims

Advertisements must not contain misleading or exaggerated claims.

Examples of content that may be rejected or modified include claims such as:

• “Best doctor in Bangladesh” without appropriate substantiation;
• Guaranteed treatment or guaranteed recovery;
• Guaranteed cure;
• Claims that create unrealistic expectations about medical outcomes;
• False qualifications, experience, awards, or professional affiliations;
• Misleading claims about competitors or other healthcare professionals.

Specialist Doctor Khulna reserves the right to reject or modify promotional content that does not meet our standards.

8. Listing and Profile Information

A sponsored advertisement may include information such as:

• Doctor's name and specialty;
• Academic and professional qualifications;
• Chamber/consultation address;
• Visiting hours;
• Consultation fees;
• Appointment or serial information;
• Contact details;
• Professional biography;
• Relevant services or areas of practice.

The advertiser is responsible for providing accurate information and notifying Specialist Doctor Khulna of important changes.

9. New Doctor Listing Fee

If a doctor profile is being added as a new listing outside an existing sponsored advertisement, a listing fee of:

৳1,530

may apply.

This fee is separate from the annual sponsored advertisement fee unless otherwise agreed.

10. Replacing a Doctor in an Existing Advertisement

An advertiser may request to replace the doctor associated with an existing advertisement.

A profile modification/replacement fee of ৳1,530 may apply.

Where the original advertisement's one-year term has not yet expired, the advertiser will generally not be required to pay the full annual advertisement fee again for the replacement doctor. The applicable profile modification fee will apply instead.

The replacement is subject to approval and availability.

11. Profile Updates and Modifications

Advertisers should carefully review all submitted information before confirming their advertisement.

After booking and payment confirmation, changes to promotional content, doctor identity, category, or placement may be subject to additional fees or administrative restrictions.

Specialist Doctor Khulna may refuse a requested change if it affects the integrity, availability, or structure of the advertising placement.

12. Pricing and Price Changes

Advertisement prices may be changed at any time for future bookings at the discretion of Specialist Doctor Khulna.

However, once an advertisement has been successfully booked and payment has been confirmed, the agreed advertising price will normally remain valid for the agreed advertising term.

Future renewal pricing may be different from the original price.

13. Advertisement Renewal

An advertisement does not automatically renew after its initial term expires.

Renewal is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

A previous advertiser does not automatically retain the same position after the advertising term ends. Renewal, placement, pricing, and position may depend on availability at that time.

14. Payment and Confirmation

An advertisement will not be considered fully confirmed until the applicable payment and required information have been received and verified.

Specialist Doctor Khulna may delay publication where:

• Payment has not been confirmed;
• Required profile information is incomplete;
• Submitted information requires verification;
• The advertisement does not meet our content requirements.

15. Advertisement Rejection or Suspension

Specialist Doctor Khulna reserves the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove an advertisement when it:

• Contains false or misleading information;
• Violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Violates medical or professional advertising standards;
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or prohibited content;
• Uses fraudulent or deceptive information;
• Creates a risk to patients or website users;
• Conflicts with the purpose or policies of the platform.

Where appropriate, the advertiser may be contacted to correct the relevant information.

16. Responsibility of Advertisers

The advertiser remains solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of submitted information;
• Professional qualifications and credentials represented in the advertisement;
• Compliance with applicable laws and professional requirements;
• The medical services advertised;
• Any claims made in the advertisement.

Listing or advertising on Specialist Doctor Khulna does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or medical accreditation by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

17. No Guarantee of Patient Results

Advertising with Specialist Doctor Khulna is intended to increase online exposure and make healthcare professionals easier to discover.

However, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of patients;
• A specific number of appointments;
• A specific number of calls or inquiries;
• Search-engine rankings;
• Any specific increase in revenue;
• Any particular business or medical outcome.

Actual results may vary depending on location, specialty, patient demand, profile quality, competition, search behavior, and other factors.

18. Search Engine Visibility

Specialist Doctor Khulna may have strong visibility in search engines, but search engine results and rankings are controlled by third-party search engines and can change at any time.

Purchasing a sponsored advertisement on our platform does not guarantee a specific position on Google or any other search engine.

19. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes

Advertising fees are subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.

Any cancellation, refund, adjustment, or dispute will be reviewed according to the applicable agreement and the circumstances of the request.

Specialist Doctor Khulna reserves the right to determine whether a refund or adjustment is applicable where the advertising service has already been activated or reserved.

20. Changes to an Advertisement Policy

Specialist Doctor Khulna may update this Advertisement Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, advertising structure, technology, or applicable laws and regulations.

When significant changes are made, the updated Effective Date will be displayed at the top of this policy.

21. Final Authority

The administration of Specialist Doctor Khulna retains the final authority regarding:

• Advertisement eligibility;
• Position availability;
• Placement;
• Content approval;
• Profile modifications;
• Advertisement suspension or removal;
• Interpretation and implementation of this policy.
