Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy explains the payment terms, fees, cancellations, refunds, renewals, and related financial conditions for services provided by Specialist Doctor Khulna (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, booking, renewing, or using any paid listing, advertising, promotional, or profile-related service from Specialist Doctor Khulna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to paid services offered through Specialist Doctor Khulna, including but not limited to:

• Sponsored or Featured (FTR) doctor advertisements;
• Doctor profile listing services;
• New doctor profile listing fees;
• Doctor replacement or profile modification fees;
• Promotional packages;
• Other paid listing or promotional services offered by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

Free demos and other services explicitly identified as free are not subject to a service fee unless otherwise stated.

2. Advertisement and Listing Fees

The applicable fee depends on the service or advertising position selected by the customer.

For example, the current annual sponsored advertisement rates may include:

Prices may be changed by Specialist Doctor Khulna for future bookings.

The price confirmed for an existing paid advertisement will normally remain valid for its agreed term, subject to the applicable agreement.

3. New Doctor Listing Fee

A new doctor profile that is being added separately from an existing sponsored advertisement may be subject to a listing fee of ৳1,530.

This fee is separate from any annual sponsored advertisement fee unless otherwise agreed.

4. Doctor Replacement or Profile Modification Fee

When a customer requests to replace the doctor associated with an existing advertisement or make a qualifying profile modification, a fee of ৳1,530 may apply.

Where an existing one-year advertisement has not expired, the customer will generally not need to pay the full annual advertisement fee again for the replacement doctor. The applicable modification fee will apply instead.

All replacement or modification requests remain subject to approval and applicable service conditions.

5. When Is a Payment Considered Confirmed?

A payment is considered confirmed only after Specialist Doctor Khulna has received and verified the payment through an accepted payment method.

Sending a payment screenshot, transaction number, or payment instruction alone does not necessarily mean that the payment has been accepted or that an advertisement position has been secured.

A booking or listing becomes effective only after payment confirmation and completion of any required information or verification.

6. Payment Methods

Specialist Doctor Khulna may accept payments through the payment methods communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Available payment methods may change from time to time. Customers should use only the payment instructions officially provided by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

We are not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts, numbers, or individuals.

7. Payment Deadlines

Customers may be required to complete payment within the timeframe communicated during the booking process.

If payment is not completed within the specified period, Specialist Doctor Khulna may release the requested advertisement position or listing opportunity to another customer.

8. Advertisement Position Reservation

A preferred advertisement position is not considered permanently reserved merely because a customer has expressed interest or requested a package.

The position is confirmed after the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed and accepted.

Because sponsored positions may be limited, availability can change before payment confirmation.

9. No Automatic Renewal

Paid advertisements and promotional packages do not automatically renew unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Before the end of a paid term, customers may contact Specialist Doctor Khulna regarding renewal.

Renewal is subject to:

• Position availability;
• Applicable pricing at the time of renewal;
• Current advertising terms;
• Approval by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

The original advertisement position is not guaranteed after the initial term expires.

10. Renewal Pricing

Renewal pricing may differ from the original booking price.

A customer who previously purchased an advertisement does not automatically retain the original price for future renewal periods unless Specialist Doctor Khulna confirms otherwise in writing.

11. Refund Policy

Payments for digital listings, advertisements, promotional placements, and profile services may be non-refundable once the service has been activated, published, or the advertising position has been reserved, except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically approved by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

Because promotional positions may be limited and reserved exclusively for a customer, payment may not be refundable simply because the customer later changes their mind or does not receive the expected number of patients, calls, or appointments.

12. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

A refund or payment adjustment may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including where:

• Specialist Doctor Khulna is unable to provide the paid service at all;
• A payment was accidentally duplicated;
• A technical or administrative error resulted in an incorrect charge;
• A refund is required under applicable law;
• Specialist Doctor Khulna specifically approves a refund.

Any refund request will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances and applicable terms.

13. No Refund Based on Patient Results

Payment for advertising or promotional services is for online exposure, listing, placement, or promotional services.

Refunds will not normally be provided because an advertiser:

• Receives fewer patients than expected;
• Receives fewer appointment requests;
• Receives fewer calls or inquiries;
• Does not achieve a particular revenue level;
• Does not achieve a particular Google ranking;
• Does not achieve a specific business result.

Specialist Doctor Khulna does not guarantee a specific number of patients, appointments, calls, leads, revenue, or search-engine ranking.

14. Cancellation Before Activation

If a customer requests cancellation before the paid service has been activated or the advertisement position has been committed, Specialist Doctor Khulna may review the request for a possible refund or adjustment.

Any applicable refund may be subject to administrative, payment-processing, or other reasonable costs where applicable.

Cancellation is not considered complete until it has been acknowledged by Specialist Doctor Khulna.

15. Cancellation After Activation

Once an advertisement, Featured/FTR listing, or paid profile service has been activated or published, cancellation generally does not create an automatic right to a refund.

The reason is that the advertising position or service may have been reserved, prepared, or delivered specifically for the customer.

16. Profile Changes After Payment

After payment confirmation, changes to a listing or advertisement may be subject to additional fees.

For example, replacing a doctor in an existing advertisement may incur the applicable ৳1,530 modification fee.

A request to change information does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the original advertising fee.

17. Failed, Reversed, or Incorrect Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded by a payment provider, or is received for an incorrect amount, the related service may remain inactive until the correct payment has been successfully confirmed.

If a customer accidentally pays more than the required amount, Specialist Doctor Khulna may review the excess amount and determine the appropriate adjustment or refund.

18. Duplicate Payments

If the same service is accidentally paid for more than once, the customer should contact Specialist Doctor Khulna as soon as possible with the relevant transaction information.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded or adjusted against another eligible service, at the discretion of Specialist Doctor Khulna and subject to applicable payment-processing conditions.

19. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the relevant bank, mobile financial service, card processor, or payment provider.

Specialist Doctor Khulna is not responsible for delays caused by external payment providers after the refund has been initiated.

20. Taxes and Other Charges

Where applicable, taxes, government charges, payment-processing fees, or other mandatory charges may be added to the advertised price.

Any such charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

21. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct payment information;
• Sending payment only through officially communicated channels;
• Paying the correct amount;
• Providing accurate transaction information when requested;
• Reviewing package details, pricing, duration, and conditions before making payment.

Customers should retain payment receipts, transaction IDs, and other relevant payment records until the service has been successfully activated.

22. Fraud, Unauthorized Payments, and Misuse

Customers must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, reverse, or misuse the payment process.

Specialist Doctor Khulna reserves the right to suspend or cancel a service where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, false transaction information, or other financial misconduct.

23. Changes to Prices and This Policy

Specialist Doctor Khulna may change service prices, payment methods, refund conditions, or other financial terms from time to time.

Changes will normally apply to future purchases, renewals, or new agreements unless otherwise stated.

The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when significant changes are made.

24. Final Authority

Specialist Doctor Khulna retains the final authority to determine the application of this Payment & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law and any written agreement entered into with the customer.

Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved by Specialist Doctor Khulna.
